•Regal Cloak can now be upgraded to Crystal
•Cloak of Wisdom,Strong,Quick and Accord can now be upgraded to Crystal
•Added Anti Crit Resistance and Str/MP Crystal Balls

•Increase stats of Reinforcement in Anarchy Buff and price increase to 160
•Price decrease of Farmville Buffs
