Changes and Updates for October 11,2020

Fixes
•Fixed bugs in offline vendor system
•Auto Loot now works in Dungeon

Masquerpets
•World Boss Gift Box is now droppable from all world bosses (gives perins,dp token 2.0,world boss token and rcb)

Items
•New Balloons added in URCB Shop

Changes
•Autoloot Recipe now gives 2pcs when crafted and its ingredients were decreased.
•Anarchy Buff increase in fire and wind mastery to 120%
•Added more VIP Buffs
•10x Exp Event is now back!
